Return Policy
Return Conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 15 business days from the date of product delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags, packaging, and protective materials intact.
- Bags must not have been washed, altered, damaged, or show any signs of wear.
- Returns and/or exchanges will not be processed if these conditions are not met.
- Discounted items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at byjesalin@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return.
- Once the bag is received and verified, the refund will be issued via the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- Contact customer service within 15 days of delivery for assistance with damaged or incorrect items.
- Items reported after 15 days from the original delivery date will not be accepted.
- Please note that you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are possible only if the requested product is available in the same model, color, or size.
- Exchanges must be requested within 15 business days of purchase.
- If the requested item for exchange is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
